His leadership experience with blue-chip companies such as Pepsi Cola, Mattel, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and Abercrombie & Kent, combined with a passion for establishing superior sales organizations, drives his success and the success of his clients.

Throughout his career, Robert’s influence has encompassed a global marketplace with leading industry positions in the travel, hospitality, consumer goods and services, private equity and start-up sectors. His career has included principle roles developing, implementing and overseeing strategic sales solutions across multiple channels that generated immediate and measurable benefits.  These solutions included national sales force development, strategic account partnership building, revenue and market share expansion, and profitability growth. Robert’s countless achievements and vast experience have given him immense insight into all levels and functions of business.

Through AGS, it is Robert’s passion to ensure organizations reach their greatest potential. Measuring assets, compensating deficiencies and advancing sales encompass Robert’s priorities. Yet, throughout the journey with his clients, Robert promises a round of golf or two, a tennis match and maybe a quick lesson on the game of cricket.
